Return & Refund Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible to request a return, exchange, or refund in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.

The product was received in wrong size, color, or model.

The product was delivered past the promised delivery date without prior notice.

The product is unused, in its original condition, packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty or not as described:

Personalized or customized products.

Perishable goods or products with an expiry date.

Sealed hygiene products (e.g. cosmetics, skincare) once opened.

Any product specifically marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.

Note: This exclusion is in line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

Return & Refund Time Frame
